Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the Travel Package or VIP program, please reach out to us at email@example.com immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, show date and venue, order number and package type, and specific accessibility request in your email.
In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website where you plan to or have purchased tickets.
All ODESZA VIP Experiences must be purchased online. Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, January 31st at 10AM local venue time. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.
All shows are open to all ages.
Yes! Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or a GA ticket depending on the venue.
General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them, but include floor, pit, or lawn access in some venues. Our VIP tickets include early entry to the venue, which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.
A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.
Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.
VIP purchasers will be notified via email on ticket delivery during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.
More information and further instructions including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.
All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.
There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced merchandise.
ODESZA VIP Experiences do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking and details.

Yes, there is a six (6) ticket purchase limit.
All ODESZA Travel Packages must be purchased online. Travel Packages will go on sale on Wednesday, January 31st at 10AM local venue time. After you click on the Travel Package with your desired city, date and package type, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.
The price listed on our website for Travel Packages is the price for (2) guests, not including fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a Travel Package before Friday, March 15th, 2024, the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the total package cost (see payment plan below).
All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.
Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show; however, the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.
Yes, there is a payment plan for Travel Packages! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, March 15th, 2024. If you purchase after March 15th, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. This is an automatic payment plan if you purchase before Friday, March 15th, 2024, meaning you’re on the plan by simply clicking “purchase”!
Yes! You will be prompted at check-out to opt into a payment plan OR pay in full. If you choose a payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the due date, you can do so by going to this link. Simply enter your information, then choose ‘Pay Now.’ Once you click ‘Continue’, the system will prompt you to complete your payment.
Yes, all Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to the show(s) included in your purchased Travel Package for that particular market. Depending on the package you select, you will either have the option of Premium Reserved, GA Floor or VIP tickets.
Your seats will either be Premium Reserved or GA Pit, Floor or Lawn. When purchasing a package with reserved seats, your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process.
Yes! You will have the same ticket type and seat locations for reserved tickets for all nights included within your Travel Package.
Yes! You have tickets for each show night included in your Travel Package.
We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you. All tickets for ODESZA will be digital. For Los Angeles, CA, New, NY, and George, WA, you will receive your digital tickets into your Ticketmaster account a few weeks before the event. For Boulder, CO, you will receive your digital tickets into your CUBuffs account before the event. You will need to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to receive your tickets in your account. If you need additional ticketing assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Travel Packages in Los Angeles, CA Boulder, CO and George, WA include roundtrip transportation to and from the venue for each show night included in your Travel Package. More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!
For New York, NY, the Kimpton Hotel Eventi is just a short walk from Madison Square Garden, approximately 6 minutes.
100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, viewable here. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.
100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. Parking can be purchased directly with the hotels. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual websites of the hotels. You can refer to the summary here, but please note that 100x is not responsible for any parking fees, which are subject to change, and determined by each hotel.
We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. See the distance of each hotel from the venue here.
You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in.Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.
If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at email@example.com to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x one (1) month prior to your check-in date.
Any Travel Package request must be submitted to 100x via email one (1) month prior to your check-in date.
If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us one month prior to your check-in date, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their Travel Package!
Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation and show tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.
A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.
In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, you can go to this link. Enter your order number, email address associated with your purchase, and your billing zip code and click ‘Lookup Order.’ On the orders details page, in the payment plan section, select the checkbox next to ‘Pay Now’ then click ‘Pay.’ You will then be able to enter your preferred payment details.
